Is Crossmart ready to use?
Not yet. We are building in the open and onboarding a small group of design partners first. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when your channels are ready.
How is this different from Channable or Linnworks?
Crossmart is open source, prices by active listings with every channel included and no cut of your sales, and lets AI agents do the listing work while you approve it.
Will an AI change my prices without asking?
No. By default every change is a suggestion you approve. You decide, per kind of change, what may run on its own. Price changes can be set to always ask.
How do you prevent overselling?
One inventory ledger for every channel. An order on any marketplace reserves stock at once and updates the others first, before any other sync. When only a few units remain, they stay on your main channel.
Can I host it myself?
Yes. The code is AGPL-3.0 and runs with Docker Compose. Self-hosting means registering your own marketplace developer apps; Crossmart Cloud comes with them already approved.
Which AI models does it use?
Cloud plans include AI credits. You can also bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google key, or run a local model when self-hosting.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. Plans are priced by active listings. Your sales are yours.
